A. Galvanizing plant
1. Galvanizing furnace: The galvanizing furnace use the high velocity and pulse combustion system . The parts within the systems are imported from US and German. Natural gas, LPG, diesel oil are recommended heating media.
2. Galvanizing kettle: The steel plate of the galvanizing kettle are made by special materials with low Si, low C, and a certain amount of Mn. The galvanizing kettle can stand the collision as well as high temperature.
3. Drying chamber: The drying chamber makes use of the flue gas and is driven by chain-driven system.
4. Chemical pretreatment tanks: The plastic plates can stand collision, with long life service . The Plastic King heat exchanger is used for heating of fluxing tank, degreasing tank and acid tank.
5. The utilization of flue gas from the furnace.
6. The mechanical transmission system: Rail transmission system; Chain transmission system; Bridge cranes; Trolley transmission system .
B. Environmental equipment
1. Acid vapors exhausting plant with scrubbing tower.
